is there any other way of installing efi string for my 9600 gt other than osx86 tools?

efi string from osx86 tools is no good. it hangs at ocspd every time. is there any other way of installing efi string so it works??

Yes but it doesn't solve the underlying problem of why a pretty well documented and successful procedure is going wrong. What are your specs? (10.x, mobo, other efi, which brand card, ram)
