That screen mentions ATIRadeonX1000 kext, so you should check that first. I have no experience with Ati cards but it should boot fine without that kext, and once you have your system running you may search for a solution.

To do this boot with -s, then with the terminal you can delete that kext and Extensions.mkext

 

rm -R /system/library/extensions/kextname.kext

rm -R /system/library/Extensions.mkext

reboot
