opodeu
Thanks for reply Donk I have a partial success. It seems my problem comes from file tools-key.pub With darwin.iso and vmdonk.iso (from french thread) and tools-key.pub (from this thread http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=139178) And this command : openssl dgst -sha1 -sign tools-priv.pem < darwin.iso > darwin.iso.sig I haven't got anymore "the Virtual machine kernel stack fault" message. However, with the Retail DVD, I am now stuck just before choose language windows Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/154801-leopard-retail-with-vmware/#findComment-1090583 Share on other sites

opodeu
Can you not use the entire tempate? I spent a lot of time getting them right! However what processor are you using? thanks for helping I have tried to follow your template, but with all composants from the files http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=0bd107e...2db6fb9a8902bda it freeze when I power on the virtual machine. I mixed darwin.iso and vmdonk.iso (from french thread) and tools-key.pub (from http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=0bd107e...2db6fb9a8902bda) and it freeze juste before choose language windows I think I have to try to recreate the tools-key.pub with these command : sudo bash cd "/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/isoimages" mkdir original mv darwin.iso tools-key.pub *.sig original sed "s/ServerVersion.plist/SystemVersion.plist/g" < original/darwin.iso > darwin.iso openssl genrsa -out tools-priv.pem 2048 openssl rsa -in tools-priv.pem -pubout -out tools-key.pub openssl dgst -sha1 -sign tools-priv.pem < darwin.iso > darwin.iso.sig for A in *.iso ; do openssl dgst -sha1 -sign tools-priv.pem < $A > $A.sig ; done exit My CPU : Q6600 (see my signature) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/154801-leopard-retail-with-vmware/#findComment-1091015 Share on other sites

I have seen issues mentioned about this processor for VMware Fusion. I will have to see if I can find it again.
