ShamusHand
I installed Kalyway 10.5.2. Used the Kalyway updater to 10.5.3, then installed 10.5.4 and 10.5.5 with separate guides. Now, every time I boot Darwin starts loading, my computer instantly reboots, unless I type 'update -v' and hit F8 EVERY time I boot. P.S.: Using Kalyway simply because I could not find any other build that supports my ethernet card, and since I have no idea what brand it is , it's impossible to find a kext for it. My specs: Asus P5GC-MX Motherboard, 3.0Ghz Pentium D, Intel GMA 950. Any way to make this go away? This is what keeps my OS X from perfection... MGJulius
No...but you can add your "update -v" into the kernel flag string of the com.apple.boot.plist Then you do not have to type it in every time you boot Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/154683-kalyway-1055-boot-issue/#findComment-1089726 Share on other sites
