bentruyman
Is it USB or PS/2? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/15372-keyboard-works-with-cd-but-after-install-not/#findComment-98617 Share on other sites
bentruyman
Alrighty...well if it's PS/2, try using a PS/2 mouse. This could fix the problem. If it's USB, I'm not exactly sure. See if other USB devices are functioning. bentruyman
Yeah, OSx86 usually won't recognize PS/2 keyboards without a PS/2 mouse plugged in at the same time. If you boot with verbose in Darwin (-v) you'll see it doesn't initiallize the PS/2 kext without the mouse. As for the login problem, thats another thing if it just hangs.
