shriek Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 well, after booting your winxp cd you'll have the opportunity to choose to which partition you want to install.. winxp will detect 3 non-FAT/NTFS partitions. Choose the one you don't need for OS X. Now... Since I didn't do dual boot yet I can't advice you on how to get to boot osx again after this. you'll probabbly be able to do it by messing boot.ini and inserting a chain0 path to it... but better to search about it before you do anything... Mrpor Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 I have the same problem I want to install xp after osx86 IPC 10.5.6 I am using disk utillity from osx to partition one of them is Msdos format However my xp installation DVD no longer see my drive at all any suggestion?
