Jami Ortiz Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 I got 10.4.5 installed. I edited the kext files as in the directions given on this site. But I can't find a place to put in my PNP ID. and now that I edited the files I get kext errors on start up. The system still starts up,but I get a bunch of text on the screen. I am not sure what to do. I am using 10.4.3 kext files. I would love to get my builtin Lan working along with audio and video. In the 10.4.5 HCL it says that they work with patching but there are no walk thru's on how to get it to work. I am lost. abicab Posted May 17, 2006 Share Posted May 17, 2006 I am having the same issues with the Travelmate 8100. I hope the person who got this notebook fully working is willing to share how he did it. (the notebook is reported more precisely as the 8104wlmi) I followed too some of the walktroughs in the forums but with no success....
