Then install Snow Leopard onto it. Open the 10.6 dmg run the System/Installation/Packages/OSInstall.mpkg (you need to see hidden files). Choose the drive you want to install to, and complete the setup! It will install about 15 times faster on a USB HDD. OSInstall didnt "want" this volume I need to change something in this OSInstall.mpkg (there must be the check if volume is GUID ). Anyone knows to do that ? I didnt want to repartition my disk.
