jaytiw Posted June 6, 2010 Share Posted June 6, 2010 Right, I've got 10.6.3 working on my Inspiron 1545, even managed to update it using the Software Update thing which was pretty cool. Only problem is getting 1366x768 resolution, the one I've got right now (1024x768) makes everything pretty fat. Oh yeah I haven't managed to get DVDs working yet, but it's not really a problem as I'm dualbooting Windows 7 so I can just use that. Any help on the resolution thing would be much appreciated! EDIT: If anyone wants to know, I used: "SNOWLEO MAC Snow Leopard OSX86_64 For INTEL/AMD 32/64 MBR/GUID" (It's on TPB) bcm43xx.sh for wireless VoodooHDA for audio (but it's still a bit crappy) ApplePS2 (I think it's called that) for keyboard/mouse to update to 10.6.3 you have to delete the SleepEnabler kext, or at least I think it was that.
