Mac Chris in Fl
I've read through the forums and have a question about upgrading from 10.4.3 to 10.4.5. What is the easiest way? I downloaded the 10.4.5 Mylar ISO and tried to install, but have hit some problems along the way. Install would go okay, but on the reboot, it would hang on loading OS X screen. I'm not sure if there is an easier way or a different ISO. I haven't had any problems loading 10.4.1 or 10.4.3; everything has always worked with no problems. Any direction you could point to would be appreciated greatly. Thanks for your time! Lkr
is the processor intel or AMD? also, at the darwin bootloader, have you tried typing in -v to get an exact error message? Mac Chris in Fl
It is an Intel, when I used -v it would stop loading right after the IPv6 loads and wouldn't go any further than that. I reinstalled 10.4.3 now. I'm not sure if I can patch to 10.4.4 and then up from there or if I have to install with an ISO.
