bok11
hi. i noticed if i reinstall vista i can authorize the pc again without using more slots on my account. is it the same with osx86? because i installed osc86 on my pc now the same one as i used with the vista example. now i authorized it for my itunes account and used a new seat on the account. as i only have 5 seats on my account i wonder will i use a new seat if i reinstall osx86? or will it work just like with vista, using the same seat? UnaClocker
You need to de-authorize your account in iTunes before a re-install. It almost never re-authorizes without taking another seat. The good news is if you hit 5, you can reset it once a year.. Which seems to be just barely enough for me.. I'm waiting for March 10th to roll around so I can do that again.. hehe.. Last year was a steep learning curve on the hackintosh front, and I kept losing iTMS authorizations in the crossfire..
