thespottedelf
I'm looking to spend around 150 usd on a new monitor... I've been thinking about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16824009145 but i want to be able to put 2 webpages or 2 documents next to each other, its 1680x1050 res, is that high enough to put 2 next to each other with out having to scroll left to right? also i'm open to suggestions about other monitors... Bit Shoveler
Yeah, that's plenty of pixels for 2 full pages of text next to each other. You could also check out the Dell outlet store. I just ordered a refurb 27" LCD for $556 w/ tax & CA recycling fee!
