pilar
Graphics in vaios dont work well because sony uses a controller between gfx card and processor that prevents qe/ci in the internal display. As been said many times before, unless someone ports some linux drivers that exist somewhere, your best bet is to either change laptop or use it without qe/ci(which is a bit worthless if you ask me) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/150231-sony-vaio-vgn-aw-120j/#findComment-1065136 Share on other sites
unhot
Just curious, did you ever go forward with OSX? If so, what did you use to settle your driver issues? I have a Sony VGN-AW230J and have driver issues with my various OSX installs. Thanks so much, GC I installed XxX 10.5.6 and leo boots fine. Now i have Vista and Osx dual booting just fine.
