Pink Waters
Hi There, Yesterday I made a solo cover to send for an audition for some band, and i thought i share it with you here and tell me what do you think forgive me if there is any noticable amp buzz in it, i only recorded it in one take! Comfortably numb solo cover

laneyanders
Hmmm I know this solo since I'm a child and it was always one of my fav's. So I remember every single note. What you play is not bad, but the sound is far behind Gilmore's original. I know GR and I think you can make it better. Keep on rocking!

laneyanders
you mean the guitar tone effects? distortion color and stuff, or the notes ? I mean the sound - your notes are OK, I thought that you was using GuitarRig (GR) for amplification. What is your recording environment?

Yeah, Iam using guitar rig, how did you know that ? I bet you know well all its amp sounds. anyway, I wasn't after the sound, wasn't intending to copy it anyway.
