tonkaab
Hi I've been reading and researching alot with this topic and still I have no clue of what things are. Can someone please clarify somethings to me to help me understand better of how to fix things. 1. How do I find my Device ID for my graphic card, like where are they located. 2. I am having trouble with my graphic card. I am using Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E. and I cannot change my resolution to anything else other than 1024x728 I have read through http://forum.insanelymac.com/lofiversion/i...hp/t111072.html and i still have no idea of how to fix this. 3. what are the options/ways available right now that i can get this graphic card to work. Much appreciated Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/148903-9600gt-clarification-needed/ Share on other sites

tonkaab
Thank you to both of you above, thank you so much. I also just found out that Itunes cannot be played, and there is not sound driver for me, I think i have it installed but there's no sound at all, any idea of what might have caused it? Itunes doesnt play any music at all, the controler display a pause symbol but the timeline does not move nor does the time itself. ludacrisvp
Does sound work for any other part of OSX? If yes, iTunes issue. If no, What is your sound chipset / codec? ex: AC97, ALC268, etc... Once you find that out you can look for guides on how to enable the sound card on your machine. Good Luck, Sound can be very difficult for some to have working, I still do not have sound figured out yet on my laptop.
