Chameleon will work. Install OSX on the same drive that Vista is on, when you are done, pop in a Boot 132 CD and boot into OSX.

If you don't know what Boot 132 is, google it. Its really cool. Now that you are in OSX, just install EFI v9, it will overwrite the Windows boot loader. Now when you boot, EFI v9 will kick in and ask you if you want to boot to OSX or Foreign OS (it might say NTFS), just choose Foreign for Vista.

How do I install OSX on a vista disc ( NTFS ) ? Is it possible to make a new partition with Mac OS extended journaled without ruin the Vista installation?

Why does all the dual boot "guides" say that you have to format with a FAT partition not NTFS? FAT is totally useless nowadays...can´t handle files over 2 Gb...!!!
