All is fine util the step where the installator ask me to chose a partition. I haven't any partiton reconized. So I try to mount a partition with disk utilities. But, no way, my partition could not be mounted (it is what the message says) So, someone can me explain how to process ? Thanks in advance. westwaerts
when the installer message window appears, go to the top bar and choose diskutility, choose the drive in side bar, you want to install, partition it with GUID HFS+ ( if osx is on a extra HD) or MBR HFS+ ( GUID or MBR you find in the Options) ( if you share disk with other os = more problems, own HD is much more preferable) quit diskutility, and you should see something in the installer window Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/147891-pb-the-disk-could-not-be-mounted-what-is-the-solution/#findComment-1049420 Share on other sites
