steenamaroo Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 This may be in the wrong area, so please feel free to move it..... i bought a g4 case on ebay in good condition, with the intention of modifying it, but my board is far too big <giga p35 ds4> I have carefully removed the psu tray, to make room for a hefty cpu cooler, but i have left the dvd/cd tray intact and perfect for mounting a normal drive. i have placed the psu inside the case at the bottom front, and fitted a power extension cable to AN ORIGINAL APPLE psu back plate.....so from the rear it looks perfect... i HAVE NOT modified the io backplate. the two top corner handles have been replaced with a marathon under desk mount, and the bottom rear handle has a crack, but still supports the case <this one isnt normally seen> i will post pics later, but if anyone is interested in buying this case for a mod please let me know.
