Vista on VMware Fusion 2

I put VMware Fusion 2 on my MacBook (1280*800), to run Vista. I use dual screen, and use the second screen (Dell, 1600*1200) to view Vista in Full screen.

 

1/ When Vista start, it is all the time in native resolution (1280*800), can I fix that? my XP (also with VMWF2) start in 1600*1200.... so?

 

2/ When screen saver start, screen automaticaly shift to 1280*800.... Idea???
