ZeppoVendetta
Hello there, I've managed to get my old notebook, a Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo 1.6ghz Core Duo, 1GB Ram running almost perfectly with Kalyway before trying it on my lovely new Vaio FW11E (although I did try this before and the webcam works right out of the box by the way, strange). Anyway, it came with the Intel Wifi 3945 which doesn't work obviously, so I got a wifi card with the Broadcom 4311 chipset. I've installed it but it isn't detected by Leopard, although it is picked up in Vista device manager but will not turn on (the wifi light on the laptop doesn't turn on either). I'm guessing maybe the motherboard has it turned off but I'm not sure, and have no idea how I would get around that anyway. Any ideas? Z.
