Its a P5ql-e mobo a p43 chipset and also i will only try a modded bios as my last resourse. I dont know. And that was the sole purpose of modding your BIOS. I guess the BIOS files at the osxcores site are only modded this way - as it says, the primary goal is to get OSX running. If you like to experiment it's better to use a bootloader that supports DSDT override - then you don't have to flash your BIOS every time people find something clever to do with DSDT and you don't have to worry about bricking your motherboard. Okay its meant to boot retail dvd, but try it with your dvd, after you get to darwin boot prompt swap cd for your dvd. Couldn't agree more about using DSDT.aml with bootloader rather than patching bios.
