sebhag
I'm only posting this coz i couldn't find an answer to this problem anywhere and even with the very latest version of MD7 i still had problems with hibernation or standby similar to what is described here. The MediaFour change log mentions some fixes regarding hibernation, but like i said, didn't work for me. I did also try Paragon NTFS as an alternative but found MacDrive performance much better, which was crucial for cross platform HD video work. Anyway, to cut a long story short... i completely removed MacDrive 7 including any registry leftovers and installed version 6.1.5 and don't have any more problem - so far anyway. Standby and hibernation work every time and windows seems more stable. This might not be the case for everybody, but if you have similar problems give it a shot. sebhag
Ok, spoke too soon - had two random crashes again when accessing MacDrive with several applications. But standby works! If anybody out there is using bootcamp in a production environment or more than running the occasional game i would love to hear from your experience with Paragon NTFS, maybe i should give it another shot. Thanks. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/145370-macdrive-7-standby-and-hibernation-issues/#findComment-1035942 Share on other sites
