There is so many and i dont want to buy one that isnt compatible with the whole Macintel setup. I know the , Atheros AR5004X WLAN works but what about the Atheros AR5002G or the Atheros AR5001X or ATHEROS AR5004G. Be aware that you have to hack T43's BIOS first because IBM locks wireless card by BIOS. Be aware that you have to hack T43's BIOS first because IBM locks wireless card by BIOS. You need a wireless card that works great? You have an IBM! I bought an IBM wireless lan card, but in order for it to work apparently I needed an electronic handshake (odly enough it worked GREAT in OSX but not windows. It's a AR5bmb-44 with an Aetheros chipset. 11a/b/g. If you want I could sell it to ya cheap since it's just collecting dust here in the box. PM me. Kc Wayland, Thanks for the offer, but I already hacked my T40's BIOS and the original Intel Pro 2100B was replaced. Currently my Atheros works great in both X86 and XP.
