plop47
CPU AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz Motherboard BIOSTAR NF61S Micro AM2 SE Memory APIDA 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 Graphics Card onboard for now Hard Drive Maxtor DiamondMax 21 STM3320820AS 320GB 7200 I have been trying to install Ideneb on this system with no luck. I have tried just about every patch and driver configuration possible. If anyone can give me any advice that would be great. ALso if you know its impossible to get it working with this setup please let me know so I can stop trying. I was able to get it successfully installed but once I got the reboot loop another time I got the screen telling you to reboot your machine in many different languages. I have also got the error that says Mac os not yet set. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you/. BisDak
I tried Zephyroth Leopard 10.5.2 for AMD EFI on this board with an Athlon 4400+. Yesterday's basic OS install was a success, but the Hackintosh virgin that I am, I don't know what to do with the drivers yet. With builtin video, I can only do 1024x768 when native resolution for my 19" widescreen is 1440x900. No audio, no wifi using a PCI Realtek RTL8185 (I don't use cables at home). But it was a joy coz I couldn't get OSX to install on my Biostar A690G-M2. The NF61S is on my wife's PC. Wasted all day exploring Hackintosh yesterday. Maybe when I have the time I'll explore some more. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/144537-biostar-nf61s-osx86/#findComment-1102847 Share on other sites
gwysh
I have success today with Ideneb v1.4 10.5.6 with Zeph's 10.5.2 Rev2. I installed Ideneb first without selecting chipset driver then booted Zeph's 10.5.2 and installed Nforce 2/3/4/5 chipset driver only. Rebooted and everything works... Hope this helps.
