I've got Bulldog broadband and they gave me a Thomson SpeedTouch 330 USB modem with the installation cd, which has drivers for PC and Mac use.

The modem works fine in my Win XP side but when I try and install the drivers on the OSX side something weird happens. I am able to install everything fine and then am required to restart the pc which I do so. Upon login in there is almost no signs of the installation. Only thing I can find is a diagnostics tool in the speedtouch folder in applications. The modem is not recognised and running the network wizard (or whatever it's called) gets me no where.

I've download the latest Mac drivers but same problems repeats itself.

The USB is read because, well the modems lights blink red (does this when there is an error) and the USB pen works also.

I'm at a loss. :(

Anyone out there knows how to resolve this issue or has been able to already.
