modym Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 Hi, ich habe mir gerade iDeneb 10.5.5 auf meine MSI S262 installiert. Funktioniert, bis auf mein WLAN soweit alles wunderbar. Mein WLAN-Chip (Intel3945) wird jedoch leider nicht unterstüzt. Ich will mir nun eine neue miniPCI-WLAN-Karte kaufen. Kann mir jemand eine Karte empfehlen welche unter der Version 10.5 als Airport-Karte läuft und WPA2-fähig ist? Am besten wäre natürlich wenn dese "out-of-the-box" funktionieren würde. Habe bereits gegooglet und diese Forum durchsucht jedoch keine miniPCI-Karte gefunden welche als Aiport-Karte funktioniert. riws Posted December 31, 2008 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Bei dem 2. Link ist es etwas komisch, da steht oben, dass es eine miniPCIe und auf dem Bild ist eine miniPCI. Aber die sind nicht das selbe, die miniPCI ist die ältere und hat mehr PIN's als die miniPCIe. Unter OSX kannste es ja selber mit z.B. DPCI Manager nach schauen, was du hast. Also sollte doch diese Karte auf jeden Fall "out-of-the-box" mit Airport funktionieren oder? Die jetzige Karte ist zwar eine 54Mbit aber ne 300MBit Extreme sollte doch dann auch gehn oder? Von original Apple Karten würde ich aber abraten, die können manchmal einfach nicht mit einfachem PC/Laptop zusammen richtig arbeiten. Wird auf anhieb erkannt und ist mit ca. 20 Euro nicht sehr teuer. Danke.
