UnaClocker
Dual booting isn't for newb's.. Easiest to have two hard drives, one with vista, and one with OSX.. Select the one you want to boot from in BIOS to choose your OS.. Anyways, I have a nearly identical board, iATKOS 5i is the latest and greatest distro, and works like a champ on these boards. It'll even let you do an EFI string for the video card which is soooo much cleaner than the older ways of doing video drivers.
