Hi, i'm trying OSX after months, in the past I use OSX in this PC. But now I have a 8800GT (before a 7600GT), and don't use OSX for several months because I don't find drivers for 8800GT. Now I see that it is compatible with OSX :)

So... I'm trying to install again, in a formated HD, OSX 10.5.5 from iDeneb. Install correctly, I select drivers for PCIe nVidia, but when reboot OSX dont wont to start  If I try to start with -v the screen is that.

I think that the problem is 8800GT, because my mother board (P5W DH Deluxe) and my processor (Intel core 2 duo e6600) is comatible... but i don't know what to do now.

Please i need some help. Thanks

Your getting a kernel panic because of the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext is loading (read the kernel panic). Get the disabler.kext or IntelCPUPMDisabler.kext. You will need to install these from single user mode or from a working install on another partition. You could also do a format/reinstall of OSX, and select the power management disabling option in ideneb (which will install one of those 2 kexts i mentioned).

Or, as A1m suggested getting a modded bios. The DSDT table in your bios is incorrect (most Asus DSDTs are, mine is). If you go the disabler route, after your booting ok, you can get the dsdt patcher by fassl and go that way (with the patched chameleon) and you'll be ok from there (no disabler needed). I prefer the patched dsdt/chameleon way (flashing the bios is always risky), but it's your motherboard, so your choice.
