davidcmc
How can I change the default partition of Chameleon darwin prompt? My PC boots Windows Vista firstly, then, on it's bootloader, i choose Mac OS X, then it loads Chamelon bootloader. But it has Windows NTFS partition as default OS to boot, so I alyways have to choose Leopard and press Enter. How can I make Leopard partition to be default? PS: Everything in 1 HD. Partition1: Vista (ntfs) Partition2: Files (ntfs) Partition3: Leopard (HFS+) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/141712-how-to-change-default-partition-on-darwin-prompt-chameleon/ Share on other sites

boba899
Yeah I had this problem, you have to give your OS X partition the active boot flag. You can do it in with the above instructions. I have Ubuntu installed, so I use GParted to do it. A GParted live CD would be good as well.
