iota
Just ran the Boot Camp install on 17" intel iMac, have never installed the onmac hack. Install went fine using custom slipstreamed XP disk. When running the driver install, it gets through the video drivers, then says "Rolling back action" above the progress bar, an MSI error comes up, then setup says that the installation was interrupted. Have tried rebooting, etc; it always hangs. Only the video driver gets installed -- no chipset driver, ethernet, etc. I searched for the error online but nothing useful, just a generic "setup is screwed up" error. Anyone else with this problem? Any ideas? Nevermind. The disk that I have with a label "Windows XP With Service Pack 2" is actually a service pack 1 disk. Just for future reference, SP1 installs fine, but none of the drivers work right. stupid disks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/14123-cant-install-drivers-after-boot-camp-install/ Share on other sites
