Hi guys,

I know it's not really a big issue, but it's irritating me.

MSN doesn't seem to work right for me on my newly bootcamped XP, where as it did work ok for me in XOM.

I've formatted and reinstalled twice to avail.

MSN Messenger 7.5, I can't set a display picture - it says it cannot load this file.

Windows Live Messenger 8 (beta), won't sign in - it just sits there spinning.

Wondering if anyone else had come accross this!

Hmmm, Just uninstalled both, and reinstalled and still getting the same thing.

So I'm reinstalling XP again, this time MSN goes on first after the drivers (needed for networking/internet!) and I'll see what happens.

The main reason I'm putting XP on is so I can webcam with my family in New Zealand, if it doesn't work there's not much point heh.

If it's working for you, or not just say yes or no or something, so I can get some feedback, and if necessary have a deeper look.

Cheers y'all.

aMSN never works properly for me, not even the latest version.

I'd tried disabling the second core GoSH but it didn't make a difference, but I reformatted and installed and this time installed MSN before I installed the drivers and it worked.

I suppose odd little flaws like this is why it's still a beta :D
