ThinkpadOSX
So I'm not much of a pro with Hackintosh, but I have enjoyed it alot. I started out with a iAtkos 10.5.2 install and recently updated to 10.5.5 but missed my instant sleep and wakeup feature upon upgrade to the 10.5.5 after searching the internet over i found a fix that worked for me and may work for you. I installed the EHCISleepEnabler.kext from superhai at "http://superhai.com/darwin.html" I have thinkpad R61i with 10.5.5 update and 9.5 vanilla kernel. I tried voodoo kernel and other methods with no sucess.. this worked. Ek0h
I installed Mac OSX 10.5.2 with iAtkos v2i maybe a year or so ago but deleted the partion because wifi for my thinkpad r61i was a fail. I was wondering if you got the wifi to work or if you just used the computer with no internet. I am using the Intel 3945 pro wifi card installed right now just incase you have a different card. ThinkpadOSX
i have played with iwidarwin, but all i could get it to do was detect my wireless, it still won't connect. I have also looked into project camphor... seems promising, yet still no wireless As for the dell truemobile card, i have heard that these are incompatible with thinkpads, although i'm not sure of that. These cards are inexpensive on ebay, but i have a working wireless, so i haven't wanted to put the money into it. I use an old pcmcia slot card that i already had that uses the rt2500 chip... works flawlessly as for an update with the sleep problem... i have since lost sleep upon upgrading to ideneb 10.5.5, then on to 10.5.7 now... all other fixes i have seen have yet to correct my problem...
