rush66
So first off this website is incredibly helpful. I have found a wealth of information and most of my time on it I am just reading. This one is something I couldn't find too much information on though. My system is an intel core duo 2 3.0Ghz Asus p5k deluxe wifi AP 4gb Ram 500gb sata nvidia 8800fts 640 mb OSX 10.5.5 with the 9.5 sleep kernel. Everything installed really well and seems to work as far audio video and internet. After I installed the update and it restarted I can't get any video from the post to bios. The weird thing is that if I reset the bios via take the battery out it works and if I go in and reconfigure everything like AHCI and so forth it boots into OSX and runs great. I am really not sure what might be causing this, bad hardware, kernel maybe? If anyone has any suggestions or input I would really appreciate it. rush66
I haven't tried booting into safe mode because when it does it I can't see the screen to get that far.
