Help Needed with Automator Workflow

I'm new to Automator Workflows and i dont know how to make one.

i saw that there is WINRAR for OSX newest build 3.6B1 but command line ONLY.

 

can someone help me to build a workflow that will create RAR Archives ?

but rar seems to be more efficient
