bigboss
X1600 should be supported by default if i remember (on 10.4.4 and above) if not, try the koverg patch @ http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=10415 and see: http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?sh...529entry83529 Type: VGA-Compatible ControllerBus: PCI VRAM (Total): 256 MB Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x71c2 Revision ID: 0x0000 Displays: Display: Resolution: 1600 x 1200 by the boot plist Depth: 32-bit Color Core Image: Supported Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Quartz Extreme: Supported Working ATI x1600 Pro AGP version by Saphire, No mouse tearing except for the iPhoto 6 slideshow, mouse torn to pieces... second of all, dont post a new topic just for one card! use the nice button that says search first.. and im not trying to be rude, its just that the forum will be filled with useless topics with one indivdiual not reading the forum asking for help. borisbadenov
Jezek, Hi there. In order to answer your question, you need to be much more specific; which brand video card do you have? Is it PCI-E or AGP? Motherboard? Which flavour of OSX? With so little info, it is going to be hard to help you out. It may take some surfing of this site. I am surprised your querry was even posted with so little info. But if you can provide some more feedback, I will give it a go andf help. I have an MSI X1600 Pro 256mb PCI-E card, ASRock 775 Dual 915GL board with Celeron D 330J working on 10.4.5 and after a better partt of a day, I did get my card working with full QE-CI, no tearing, ability to change resolurions and refresh rate. Look at my screen shot Jezek, Hi there. In order to answer your question, you need to be much more specific; which brand video card do you have? Is it PCI-E or AGP? Motherboard? Which flavour of OSX?
