Completed Install Successfully but Initial restart will load then reboot, Can't boot into leopard, New Install

Hi, i have obtained the iDeneb V1.3 10.5.5 and Im running a MSI K8M Neo-v board with a VIA 8237 chipset, and a Amd Athlon 64 2800 cpu and a ati 128mb 9600se agp card, with 160GB sata hard drive. This is a completely new install on this hard drive and computer, however I have successfuly installed leopard onto the hard drive with a green check mark okay. Now, the problem is when it tells you to restart the computer to boot into leopard, the OS freezes, then it restarts all over again. Now I have tried different boot options with " -v -s -f" and they do come back with some errors. Also, I have checked the customization option to what my rig needs, such as the enabled the AMD Patch, Via-SB, Enabled the kernel-9.4.0StageXNU and Enabled the AgpGart option as well. Here is what i have to show. Can i anyone here help out with troubleshooting this, really appreciate this.
