NessPJ
Hey, I just installed Mediafour MacDrive on my second PC which i am running a dualboot installation on. (See sig for specs). The program will not recognise my Mac Partition in windows however, though this is exactly what this program was created to do... I tried searching the internet as well as these forums but can not seem to find people with the same issues i am experiencing. The partition was installed as HFS journaled and basically what i was trying to do was use macdrive to copy the Chain0 file and try and get the Windows Bootloader to work (instead of Darwin). Anyone that might be able to be of some assistance? Thanks in advance. jaikob
Properly Eject the Drive? You need to do that for windows to see the partition. NessPJ
What do you mean by properly ejecting? I am confused since i wouldn't know how to 'eject' a partition from my HDD? SpeedfreaK
it's a known issue that it won't work with bootcamp partitions, but i had it working on my hack, so i don't know why it won't work on your hack Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/139349-mediafour-macdrive-wont-work/#findComment-987712 Share on other sites
U.C.
Its very Iffy, it never used to work on my Wind before, but then it suddenly started. I would reccomend HFSExplorer till then.
