chandleya
I need to build 3 systems in a hurry due to a software project i need to test. Trying to spend as little as possible as these will never be production systems and $500 mac:mini's are overpriced and so slow! I need to know of a KNOWN-GOOD motherboard solution that will provide known-working onboard graphics, audio, and ethernet while also supporting SATA and Dual cores. In 2006, this seemed like alot to ask for. Nowadays, theres surely a known-good platform! I need the cheapest thing possible, so please don't be bashful and give me some tips! hecker
My quick tip is that you use google with the "site:insanelymac.com" or use the EFI-X compatibility list as a reference. chandleya
viewing the wiki shows all kinds of hardware and its various problems -- i'm looking for something that can just work. Surely someone has had a positive experience by now that can shed light on their build and opinions of it!
