Which guide should I use

Can someone tell which one should I use ?

 

Here I have laptop and PC, my laptop is Compaq Evo N800V with Pentium 4 M 2.2GHz, and my PC is Pentium 4 2.4GHz with ASUS P4S800-MX, 512MB PC2700, GeForce FX5200 128MB.

Can I install Mac in my laptop or PC ?
