22HERTZ Posted November 26, 2008 Share Posted November 26, 2008 I did a search and couldn't find anything. It downloads the update then immediately freezes Anyone else have this problem? I'm open to suggestions as to what could potentially be causing this? 22HERTZ Posted November 29, 2008 Author Share Posted November 29, 2008 For anyone else having this problem I downloaded Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft website (for Office 2008) and that installed ok. I then was able to download and install the rest of the updates through updater.
