sld87
Hi guys ideneb 10.5.5 installed fine but after I corrupted it somehow, I'm keen to try the Boot-132 method with a Retail copy. I'm currently downloading this version of OSX. Is 7gb the right file size? Need to go out and by a DL-DVD tomorrow so i can burn it lol. Anyway, could someone list the steps needed to install this (Preferably in noob terms as i'm new to the whole Mac scene) and give any updated links to any files i might need? My Hardware is: Gigabyte 965P-DS4 Intel Q6600 CPU 4gb DDR2-667 ram Many thanks, Stef ^^ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/138225-help-a-noob-with-a-boot-132-guide-using-retail-dvd/ Share on other sites
sld87
I've installed, but can't seem to be able to get any peripherals (Lan, Audio, Display etc) working. Could anyone hook me up with an installer / guide? hecker
I dont want to be rude but before you ask for any help, you should search on the forum. Most of the information is right here. Enli I agree with Enli. You also have obviously not read the forum rules or you'd know that posting links to illegal downloads is not tolerated on this site. I recommend you read the forum's stickies and faq threads in the Hardware/Drivers section to learn how to fix your problems. You may also find some useful info in the HCL (wiki section. Link is on the top right of this page). Good luck, - hecker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/138225-help-a-noob-with-a-boot-132-guide-using-retail-dvd/#findComment-979690 Share on other sites
