karaakeha1 for AppleHDA.kext (Latest Kext package.zip)

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=76404

After changing pathmap of karaakeha1's AppleHDA.kext (1.4.0.a22)

1. Front speakers (green back port) will be muted, if a headphone plugs in the front green jack. (Note: the front panel should support HDA.)

2. can get 4 maximum output ports; for example, 3 analog outputs (5.1) and 1 digital output or 4 analog outputs (but cannot get 7.1)

This is modified AppleHDA.kext w/3 anolog outputs and 1 digital output. AppleHDA889.kext.zip

This zip file includes two AppleHDA.kext (1.4.0a22) files, and each kext displays information of audio in System Profiler correctly.GA_ALC889A.zip

What are working?

5.1 with D_out folder:

1. Green back port as Internal Speaker

2. Black and Orange back ports as Line Output

3. Blue back port as Line In

4. Pink back port as Internal Microphone

5. Green front port as Headphone

6. Digital output (red light is on.)

4output ports folder:

1. Green back port as Internal Speaker

2. Black, Orange, and Grey back port as Line Output

3. Blue back port as Line In

4. Pink back port as Internal Microphone

5. Green front port as Headphone

No Digital Output
