samlic Posted April 2, 2006 Share Posted April 2, 2006 I have two partition on the same SATA hdd, one for winxp and the other go for osx 10.4.3. I couldn't boot into either os rite after I install the osx, what went wrong? The installation was fine, I have gone thru bootcfg, fixboot. but that doesn't help, should I go for fixmbr? I am newbie, plz help. domino Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 No error messages or screenies? No help. I can say there is something wrong with your bios setting or the way you partitioned you drive. Anything is possible without giving us more to go by. Make sure you read the wiki and the other how-to on this site.
