Dual Booting Issue

Im trying to dual boot vista and leopard from the IAkaos 1.0i dvd image but the scrolling text stops at Lodaing HFS+ file: [/system/Library/ Extensions.mkext] from 4230450

any ideas on how to help?

edit {censored} i think i had a kernel panic a new screen came up and it has a line that says debugger called (panic)
