RolyBiffy Posted November 18, 2008 Share Posted November 18, 2008 ok i can now get kalyway to install but when i had vanilla kernell it got to the apple screen the froze so i tried without vanilla kernal and it still got stuch at the apple screen i read the -v messgae at where it cgot stuck and the advice i got was to use the old ACIP and ACPI files that are on the kalyway install options, whenever i do this, it jsut reboots efore the grey screen everytime i have tried booting in -X and it doesnt work any advice anyone? Just before you click on Install, goto the Tools menu, then Disk Utility and format it through there.
