doobiebro
I'm in quite a pickle, I want to use my server to stream live audio to some of my friends every now and then I have one server which sends the audio over the internet. This is equipped with airfoil speakers. It works fine from my laptop (a white macbook 2.0 ghz /2 gb RAM / intel 950 / 80 GB HD) , but I'm having trouble on my desktop pc my desktop setup: Gigabyte P35-DS3P / Core2Quad Q9450 / 2 GB DDR2 / 2x400GB HD / ASUS NVidia 7300GTS / OS X 10.5.4 my server consists of this hardware: Intel D915GMH mobo / Intel Celeron D326 (i believe) / Asus Nvidia 7300GS / Realtek 1839 / OS X 10.4.8 JaS I also can't connect to the desktop pc from the server. So I narrowed it down to my desktop setup. As i had some trouble with a previous mobo, a p35-ds3, which didn't support bonjour too well I believe, so I think it has to do with the realtek 1000 chip, any ideas on how to fix this or what else it could be?
