leperboi
helloim try to install on vmware the leopard and it freezes on the leopard wallpaper with the beach ball spinning forever, my hard drive and dvd drive are both stopped. what can i do? Same thing happens to me. Eventually it'll time out and give you an error box. That's as far as I've gotten. I've tried IATKOS and JAS. VMWARE emulates your physical processor to the Guest OS apparently. If I understand some of the other threads your CPU needs to have 64 bit capabilities to run Leopard, and (maybe) needs hardware VT. The latter is possibly what my bottom of the barrel Core Duo Centrino is choking on but I don't think your CPU has either of them. Hopefully someone who actually has a clue will stumble into this thread, or I'll find what I need in another one. gawkersucks
I have a Core2Extreme that supports 64-bit, and VT. Trying to setup Leopard Server and I'm getting the same result.
