  1. Apple ID

Yep it shouldn't give you an issue I have a developer account(free) and even used MobileMe with my iPhone on my hack, no issues at all.
  2. Help me installing OS X. I'm confused

First step is going to be to learn your hardware. Not just the laptop model, but what CPU is in it, what chipset is it running on.
  3. Kext not instalable

Not sure why those aren't working for you. My guess being that they aren't in development anymore (I think). I know Kext Utility works well for me and others. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=140647
  4. I couldn't help myself.
  5. 10.6.2 x3100 still 32 bit

The 6 & 4 keys only work on real Macs. You need to edit your com.apple.Boot.plist to be able to boot into 64 bit. Search the forum there have been plenty of threads on this.
  6. I don't know about the overclocking with that board/proc or how the speed will compare - check some of the Geekbench threads. As far as stability as concerned my hack is more stable than my old C2D MBP.
  7. Handbrake and VLC will allow you to rip just about any DVD. You need VLC because Handbrake uses the VLC decoder to decode the DVD's.
  8. Dual Screens in SL

I used EFI strings on my card initially with SL and didn't have any issues. When PC EFI 10.3 with the graphics enabler was released I moved to that (now 10.5). Never had any issues with dual monitors, what are you currently using for graphics?
  9. You can also execute the following command from the terminal to backup the 10.3 boot file. cd /Voumes/<bootdrive>/ mv boot bootbak This will rename the invisible boot file to bootbak and make it visible so you can put it somewhere for safe keeping. Drop the new boot file in the root and you will be good to go.
  10. Snow wont go to deep sleep

DSDT should cure your ails. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=168014
  11. If you build the DSDT properly - between this guide and this post I have my DSDT done up so my ICH9-R shows as ESB2, no AHCIPortInjector or IAOHCIBlockStorageInjector needed.
  12. CPU-i - Russian site you need to register to download. http://www.applelife.ru/topic/20179-cpu-i-...F-snow-leopard/
  13. Only 64-bit kernel works after install

I think with Chameleon RC3 and newer you need to use. arch=x86_32 The arch=i386 didn't work for me after I upgraded to Chameleon RC3 but your experience may differ.
  14. What are your SATA drives listed as? ESB2 is what you want, that will show them as internal. Check this thread, it's what I used to get my drives showing internal as well as getting sleep to function (USB fix).
