devilhunter
Hello, i have successfully built my hackintosh from scratch a few weeks ago, and i have solved all my little problems but one. After certain USB devices are connected, the System doesn't shut down anymore. I had previously the shutdown problem (PowerOff Fix to the rescue) and after plugging in some new USB Devices i thought i had the same shutdown problems again. It took me a while to figure out it was the USB device that caused the problem. The Device: Microsoft XBOX360 wireless Controller for Windows (yes, Microsoft causes my problems once again...) I tried everything i could find last week (EHCISleepEnabler, Generic USB2.0 (EHCI) Driver to name a few) but i can't figure this one out. Everything works, but if i connect the wireless controller, i can't shutdown anymore... Ideas, anyone? Some system specs: ASUS P5K3 motherboard Intel Quad Core 2.83 GHz iDeneb V1.3 10.5.5 many thx for some replies Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/136608-cant-shut-down-anymore-with-certain-usb-devices-connected/ Share on other sites
