Amethyst Posted April 1, 2006 Share Posted April 1, 2006 I already have ASUS DVI-ADD2 N (SIIG Orion) and MSI 915G Combo but If I connect DVI Monitor and power on It show only "_". On the other hand, I unplugged my 20" ACD out and connect only VGA monitor (at VGA port on my mobo) this time I can booo into OS X . then I can boot into os x screen . vpvl66 Posted April 1, 2006 Share Posted April 1, 2006 I have the following setup: Gateway 3250 with Intel 915GAV motherboard and on-board GMA-900 video SII DVI-ADD2 card Two Dell 2005FPW monitors (one connected to ADD2 DVI out, the other to on-board VGA) OSX 10.4.5 The system works absolutely perfect in the dual monitor setting, the OS recognized the ADD2 card and both monitors, set up the right resolution (which I still cannot do under Fedora 5)---all in all, it worked like a breeze.
